Terms of Service

These are the terms under which Wrap ("we", "us") provides our software and related services to you ("you", "the business"). By signing up or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Wrap is a point-of-sale, inventory, and team-management platform. It includes a web dashboard, a cashier mobile app, and an HR mobile app. Features available to you depend on your plan (Free, Pro, or Business).
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for what happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and email us immediately.
3. Your content
Your menu, ingredient data, orders, and staff records are yours. We don't claim ownership. You grant us the minimum licence needed to host, back up, and process that data so the apps work. We do not use your business data to train AI models or for any purpose other than running the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to access another business's data, (b) reverse-engineer the service except where permitted by law, (c) resell access to the service to third parties without our written agreement, or (d) use Wrap to break the law in your jurisdiction.
5. Fees and billing
Pro and Business plans are billed per outlet. Fees are charged in advance for the billing period. If you add an outlet mid-cycle we prorate the charge. Past-due accounts may have access suspended after 14 days' notice; we keep your data read-only during that window so nothing's lost.
6. Service availability
We work hard to keep Wrap available 24/7. Pro and Business plans include offline operation on the cashier — orders queue locally and sync when the network returns, so a wifi outage shouldn't stop you from serving. Business plans include written uptime SLAs; details on request.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate the service if you breach these terms, or with 30 days' notice for any reason. On termination, your business data stays available read-only for 90 days, then is deleted unless required by law to be retained longer.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Liability
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms in a way that materially affects you we'll email account owners at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes that can't be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts of Jakarta.
